Refund policy
Fashion Hunny will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within five to seven days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within seven days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
Returns of any type of merchandise will not be accepted without prior Authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
All claims for damaged or incorrect goods, or a discrepancy in quantities shipped must be reported within five to seven business days after receipt of goods. We will not accept returns for any merchandise either worn, damaged in-store and not in their original packaging. Evidence of damage must be submitted with photo evidence. Approved returns will be repaired or replaced as appropriate.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All swimwear, cover up items, anything from swimwear collection, bodysuits, intimates, lingerie, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Fashion Hunny five to seven business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Fashion Hunny will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions, on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Processing time is five to seven business days after we receive the return
To help expedite the processing of returns, please include the following:
- The original invoice or at minimum a note with order number and reason for return
- Items must be unworn, original tags, and packaging with SKU label visible
- Note: Some return reasons will require a photo submission, please submit clear photos showing the issue.
- You will also receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, this must be included in all returns for processing purposes.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within five to ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than thirty business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at melissa@fashionhunny.com.
Once a return is processed, Fashion Hunny will reach out via email to confirm.
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped. An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If you were unable to cancel the order in time, then you would need to initiate a return for any unwanted items once you receive the package within five to seven business days.
